How can I help?

Part racer, part technician.

Racing for Chad Preul started in high school, when Randall Kuhlmann, his teacher at Denison Community High School, bought a hobby stock. Chad built the first motors, wrenched the race car and later took over the driving duties of 2K Racing.

After racing to many feature wins in the hobby stock division, he moved up to modifieds in 1996, where that success continued. Chad has captured the checkered flag many times at both the Crawford and Shelby County Speedways. His record includes 20 wins in IMCA and NASCAR hobby stock.

"Race car drivers are demanding when it comes to their fuel. Ethanol delivers the kind of performance we need. And it works just as well fueling America's family cars and trucks."

Chad, now 35, graduated from Iowa Western Community College in the field of automotive technology. He is a certified SAE automotive technician for Bryan Dalton, owner of Dalton Automotive. Chad's mechanical expertise and ability have earned him a career reputation as a superior technician, and have kept his DNFs (did not finish) at racing events to a minimum.

Chad and Traci DeMey, an experienced figure eight racer, plan to marry in February 2008, before racing season begins.
