The Ethanol Promotion and Information Council (EPIC) has made a national branding program for ethanol-enriched fuel available in South Dakota. The State of South Dakota requires that pumps dispensing 10% ethanol-enriched fuel be labeled according to state regulations. These labels have been approved by the State of South Dakota Department of Public Safety, Division of Inspections and Licensing, Office of Weights and Measures. When a label is properly applied to your pumps, it will help you comply with labeling regulations related to 10% ethanol-enriched fuel. These labels are provided at NO CHARGE.
